1T-LSD, also known as1-(thiophene-2-carbonyl)-LSD or asSYN-L-021, is anacylated derivative oflysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), which has been sold as adesigner drug.[1][2] It was first identified inJapan in 2023 on blotter paper misrepresented as containing1D-LSD, but which on analysis was determined to contain 1T-LSD instead.[3] It was also detected inGermany around the same time.[4]

A 150 μg dose of 1T-LSD is said to be equivalent to 100 μgLSD.[2] Doses of 87 to 100 μg 1T-LSD have been encountered inblotter tabs.[1]
