Take on the challenge is this sea-faring pirate adventure! As a captain of a pirate crew, you must fight and plunder your way to the top. Hire crew, buy cannons and take on increasingly stronger opponents to become the ruler of region!

Buccaneers 64 is a (tiny) entry to the#LOWREZJAM 2018, where you were tasked making a game to fit within 64 by 64 pixels.

Features:

• Ship-to-ship combat with cannons
• Ability to board enemy ships to capture crew and additional weaponry
• Visiting towns to hire crew, buy cannons and repair ship
• Collecting treasure from merchant ships

Objective:

• There are four kinds of opponents, each stronger than the previous. Capture all 4 pirate coves to complete the game. 
• You can attack and board merchant ships (green) to collect larger amount of gold. Board pirate ships to capture additional cannons, crew and little gold.
• Visit towns to either buy new cannons, hire crew or repair your ship. Different towns have different options available.
• Find the hidden treasure cove!

• Movement -WASD orarrow keys
• Cannon on port side (left) - Q,commaorleft mouse button
• Cannon on starboard side (right) - E, period or right mouse button
• Actions -Spacebar
• View map -M
• View information -I
