Flavourings

The EU list of flavouring substances which can be used in food.
General requirements for safe use of flavourings and definitions for different types of flavourings.
Regulation (EC) No 2065/2003 establishes a procedure for the safety assessment and the authorisation of smoke flavouring primary products with a view to ensuring a high level of protection of human health and the interests of consumers and the effective functioning of the internal market.
