މެލޭޝިޔާގެ ހުރިހާ ހިސާބަކުން ވެސް އާސާރީ ތަންތަން ފެނިފައިވެއެވެ. “ސެމަންގް” ނުވަތަ ސަކައި ނަމަކަށް ކިޔާ ނެގްރީޓޯ (ބަބުރު) ދަރިކޮޅެކެވެ. އެމީހުންގެ ދޫދޫމަތީ ވާހަކަތަކުގައި ކިޔާ ގޮތުން އެމީހުން މެލޭޝިޔާ ސަރަޙައްދަށް އައިސްފައިވަނީ މީގެ 50000 އަހަރު ކުރީން އެފްރިކާ ބައްރުންނެވެ. އެމީހުން ބުނާ ގޮތުގައި މެލޭޝިޔާގައި އެންމެ ފުރަތަމަ ވަޒަންވެރިވި އެ ޤައުމުގެ އަދިވާސީންނަކީ އެމީހުންނެވެ.މެލޭޝިޔާ މީހުންނަށް ބަލާއިރު އެމީހުންނަކީ އިންޑޯޗައިނާ ނަސްލަށް ނިސްބަތްވާ ބައެކެވެ. އިނގިރޭސީން އެމީހުންގެ އެންމެ ފުރަތަމަ ކޮލޮނީ މެލޭޝިޔާގައި ޤާއިމުކުރީ 1786 ވަނަ އަހަރުގައެވެ. މެލަޔާއަށް އިނގިރޭސީންގެ ކިބައިން މިނިވަންކަން ލިބުނީ 31 އޮގަސްްޓް 1957 ގައެވެ. ސަބާހް (ނޯ^ް ބޯނިއޯ) އާއި ސަރަވާކާއި ސިންގަޕޫރު ގުޅިގެން މެލޭޝިޔާ އުފެދުނީ 16 ސެޕްޓެންބަރު 1963 ގައެވެ.
މެލޭޝިޔާގެ އާބާދީގެ 50.4% މީހުންނަކީ މެލޭ މީހުންނެވެ. އާބާދީގެ 23.7% މީހުންނަކީ ޗައިނާ ނަސްލުގެ މީހުންނެވެ.
މެލޭޝިޔާގައި އެންމެ ބޮޑު އަދި ރަސްމީ ދީނަކީ އިސްލާމްދީނެވެ. 60.4% މީހުންނަކީ މުސްލިމުންނެވެ. 19.2% މީހުންނަކީ ބުދިސްޓުންނެވެ. 9.1% މީހުންނަކީ ކްރިސްޓިޔަނުންނެވެ. 6.3% މީހުންނަކީ ހިންދޫންނެވެ. 2.6% އަކީ ސީނީ ދީންތަކުގެ މީހުންނެވެ. މެލޭ ނަސްލުގެ 100% މީހުންގެ ދީނަކީ އިސްލާމްދީނެވެ. އެހެނީ، މެލޭޝިޔާގެ ޤާނޫނު އަސާސީގެ 160 ވަނަ މާއްދާ ބުނާ ގޮތުގައި “މެލޭ” ނަސްލުގެ މީހުންނަކީ މެލޭޝިޔާ ނުވަތަ ސިންގަޕޫރަށް އުފަންވާ މީހުންގެ ތެރެއިން މެލޭ ބަހުން ވާހަކަ ދައްކާ އަދި މެލޭ އާދަކާދަތަކާ އެއްގޮތަށް އުޅެމުންދާ ކޮންމެ މުސްލިމެކެވެ. މުސްލިމަކު އެހެންދީނަކަށް ބަދަލުވެއްޖެނަމަ އެހިސާބުން ފެށިގެން އޭނާއަކީ މެލޭ ނަސްލުގެ މީހެއް ނޫނެވެ. މެލޭޝިޔާގެ ޤާނޫނު އަސާސީން މެލޭ މީހުންނަށް ޚާއްޞަ އިމްތިޔާޒުތަކެއް ވެސް ލިބިދެއެވެ.
މެލޭޝިޔާއަކީ އޭޝިޔާ ބައްރަށް ބަލާއިރު އެންމެ ކުރިއަރާފައިވާ އެއް ޤައުމެވެ. އެ ޤައުމުގެ ޖީ.ޑީ.ޕީ ޕަރކެޕިޓާ އަކީ 14081 ޑޮލަރެވެ.
