Dubbo Public School
Our school is committed to high expectations, continuous learning and a caring community where every student thrives.
We hold in deep respect the Wiradjuri people, the Tubba-Gah group, on whose land we work and live. We pay heartfelt respect to Elders of long ago and Elders of today. We honour the stories, culture and traditions, and all connections to Country, of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who also work and live on this land.

The Dubbo Public School difference

A strong start
Our school welcomes all students from all backgrounds. We help every child feel safe, included and ready to learn from their very first day.

Growth in the classroom and beyond
We offer our students a wide range of subjects and opportunities. This empowers them to learn, develop skills, and discover their passions.

Support for every family
Our teachers and learning and wellbeing support teams work with our families. We co-design plans that help students learn in the way that works best for them.
Principal's message
It is with great enthusiasm and pride that I warmly welcome all families who form our vibrant school community. As Principal, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and inspiring environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.
At Dubbo Public School we recognise that student wellbeing is integral to learning. We actively strive to enhance the cognitive, emotional, social and physical wellbeing of our students.
Our range of co-curricular HPGE programs complement the school's holistic learning opportunities. We encourage excellence in sporting, music and performing arts, through commitment and determination.
