Oomph powder is an item featured in the 3D entries in theDragon Quest Monsters spin-off series. It is theDQM equivalent of the mainlinepaxa punch beverage, greatly increasing the attack power of a single ally it has been sprinkled on for a few turns. Oomph powder had remained exclusive to the spin-off series for eighteen years until the 2024 release ofDragon Quest III HD-2D Remake, bringing it to the mainline series.
