Abstract
This research introduces an innovative digital framework for intellectual property rights administration that leverages distributed ledger architectures and cryptographically secured digital assets. The proposed system integrates three key technological components: programmable smart contracts, cryptographically enhanced non-fungible tokens (NFTs) utilizing RSA encryption, and decentralized storage solutions through the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS). The framework underwent comprehensive evaluation across multiple blockchain infrastructures compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), specifically examining implementations on four major platforms: BNB Chain, Polygon Network, Fantom Opera, and Celo. This multi-platform assessment examined critical operational parameters including computational efficiency, security robustness, and resource utilization patterns. Performance metrics encompassed transaction processing capabilities, operational costs, and system responsiveness across diverse conditions.
