Abstract
An innovative approach is proposed in designing intuitive interfaces for solving systems of linear and nonlinear equations over Cartesian products of general vector spaces. The interfaces enable scientific computing practitioners and learners to enter equations in WYSIWYG manner, lets the software generate vector representations of equations/variables internally and outputs the solutions in the desired forms automatically. Such interfaces save more time than algorithmic improvement for one-time users and students.
