Abstract
This work deals with the solution of the problem of notepad applications specializing in location based notifications for mobile devices. First, there is the explanation about the motivation for creating this kind of application. Afterwards, the problems and flaws that current applications struggle with are described. Based on that, a new solution is designed and later implemented. The testing proves that the new solution is better than the current solution and that the application can solve the assigned problems very well. Owing to that, there are many options of actual application and use in real life.
