- numpy.repeat(a,repeats,axis=None)[source]#
Repeat each element of an array after themselves
- Parameters:
- aarray_like
Input array.
- repeatsint or array of ints
The number of repetitions for each element.repeats is broadcastedto fit the shape of the given axis.
- axisint, optional
The axis along which to repeat values. By default, use theflattened input array, and return a flat output array.
- Returns:
- repeated_arrayndarray
Output array which has the same shape asa, except alongthe given axis.
