Support for Python 2.7 has been dropped. The minimum version of Python nowsupported is Python 3.6.

oslo.upgradecheck now supports the command line flag--json to havethe upgrade check results output in a compact, machine readable JSONformat. The default output without this flag remains a human readabletable of the results.
