oslo.limit mistakenly released as 1.0.0. This library is stillunder heavy development and the API isn’t stabilized yet so oslo.limitisn’t actually ready to be consumed yet.This library is still a pre-1.0.For further reading about this issue please take a look to themailing list discussion [1]

Support for Python 2.7 has been dropped. The minimum version of Python nowsupported is Python 3.6.
