Description¶

A synchronization semaphore which can be used to synchronize multipleThreads. Initialized to zero on creation. Be careful to avoid deadlocks. For a binary version, seeMutex.

• Errorpost()

Lowers theSemaphore, allowing one more thread in. Returns@GlobalScope.OK on success,@GlobalScope.ERR_BUSY otherwise.

• Errorwait()

Tries to wait for theSemaphore, if its value is zero, blocks until non-zero. Returns@GlobalScope.OK on success,@GlobalScope.ERR_BUSY otherwise.
