Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) harmonizes customer data, leading to a real-time understanding of your customers' behaviors. ODP lets you scale highly personalized, multichannel campaigns leveraging AI-powered predictive analysis and sharing insights across other Optimizely products.

ImportantIf you are familiar with ODP's various schemas and data structures, you can start importing data right away. If not, seeODP data structure to learn the fundamentals of ODP.
- Configure theODP application UI for your company. For more information, see the following:
- User documentation for ODP to configure the ODP app UI.
- User documentation for Opti ID to configure user access to ODP.
- Implement the ODP JavaScript tag on pages where you would like to track visitors on your site and store that data for reporting and segmentation within ODP.
- Import your historical customer data in a way that fits your development flow.
- Send ongoing data to ODP. You can record subsequent data using any combination of the following options:
- ODP Web SDK.
- ODP REST API.
- ODP React Native SDK – Not available for all users.
