gcloud looker instances restore(INSTANCE:--region=REGION)--backup=BACKUP[--async][GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG …]
- DESCRIPTION
- Restore a Looker instance from a backup.
The Looker instance in which the backup is derived from will be restored to thatspecific backup.
This command can fail for the following reasons:
- The instance specified does not exist.
- The backup specified does not exist.
- The active account does not have permission to access the given instance andbackups.

- To restore a backup with id of
7e504e66-c389-4d8d-bca7-f710c6d96567that belongs to an instance namedmy-looker-instance, in the regionus-central1, run:gcloudlookerinstancesrestoremy-looker-instance--backup="7e504e66-c389-4d8d-bca7-f710c6d96567"--region="us-central1"--async - POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS

INSTANCE- ID of the instance or fully qualified identifier for the instance.

This positional argument must be specified if any of the other arguments in thisgroup are specified.

--region=REGION- The name of the Looker region of the instance. Overrides the defaultlooker/region property value for this command invocation.To set the
