Essential Contacts can be set on a Cloud resource to receive communications fromGoogle Cloud regarding that resource.

compute
Compute the essential contacts that are subscribed to the specified notificationcategories for a resource.
create
Create an essential contact.
delete
Delete an essential contact.
describe
Describe an essential contact.
list
List essential contacts for a resource.
update
Update an essential contact.
