NAME
gcloud dns managed-zones describe - view the details of a Cloud DNS managed-zone
SYNOPSIS
gcloud dns managed-zones describeZONE[--location=LOCATION][GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG]
DESCRIPTION
This command displays the details of the specified managed-zone.
EXAMPLES
To display the details of your managed-zone, run:
gclouddnsmanaged-zonesdescribemy-zone

To display the details of a zonal managed-zone in Zonal Cloud DNS service inus-east1-c, run:

gclouddnsmanaged-zonesdescribemy-zone--location=us-east1-c
POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
Zone resource - The name of the managed-zone to be described. This represents aCloud resource. (NOTE) Some attributes are not given arguments in this group butcan be set in other ways.

To set theproject attribute:

  • provide the argumentzone on the command line with a fullyspecified name;
  • provide the argument--project on the command line;
  • set the propertycore/project.

This must be specified.

ZONE
ID of the zone or fully qualified identifier for the zone.

To set thezone attribute:

  • provide the argumentzone on the command line.
FLAGS
--location=LOCATION
Specifies the desired service location the request is sent to. Defaults to CloudDNS global service. Use --location=global if you want to target the globalservice.
GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS
These flags are available to all commands:--access-token-file,--account,--billing-project,--configuration,--flags-file,--flatten,--format,--help,--impersonate-service-account,--log-http,--project,--quiet,--trace-token,--user-output-enabled,--verbosity.
