Add IAM policy binding for a Cloud Deploy Policy.

Delete a deploy policy.
describe
Show details about a deploy policy.

Returns the .yaml definition of the specified deploy policy.
get-iam-policy
Get the IAM policy for a Cloud Deploy Policy.
remove-iam-policy-binding
Remove an IAM policy binding for a Cloud Deploy Policy.
set-iam-policy
Set the IAM policy for a Cloud Deploy Policy.
