SYNOPSIS
gcloud beta compute snapshots set-iam-policySNAPSHOT_NAMEPOLICY_FILE[GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG]
DESCRIPTION
(BETA) Sets the IAM policy for the given snapshot as defined in aJSON or YAML file.
EXAMPLES
The following command will read am IAM policy defined in a JSON file'policy.json' and set it for the snapshotmy-snapshot:
gcloudbetacomputesnapshotsset-iam-policymy-snapshotpolicy.json

POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
Snapshot resource - The snapshot to set the IAM policy for. This represents aCloud resource. (NOTE) Some attributes are not given arguments in this group butcan be set in other ways.

To set theproject attribute:

  • provide the argumentsnapshot_name on the command line with a fullyspecified name;
  • provide the argument--project on the command line;
  • set the propertycore/project.

This must be specified.

SNAPSHOT_NAME
ID of the snapshot or fully qualified identifier for the snapshot.

To set thesnapshot_name attribute:

  • provide the argumentsnapshot_name on the command line.
POLICY_FILE
Path to a local JSON or YAML formatted file containing a valid policy.

The output of theget-iam-policy command is a valid file, as is anyJSON or YAML file conforming to the structure of aPolicy.

GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS
These flags are available to all commands:--access-token-file,--account,--billing-project,--configuration,--flags-file,--flatten,--format,--help,--impersonate-service-account,--log-http,--project,--quiet,--trace-token,--user-output-enabled,--verbosity.
