SNAPSHOT_NAME- Name of the snapshot to operate on.
- REQUIRED FLAGS
--labels=[KEY=VALUE,…]- A list of labels to add.
- OPTIONAL FLAGS
- At most one of these can be specified:
--global- If set, the snapshot is global.
--region=REGION- Region of the snapshot to operate on. Overrides the default
compute/regionproperty value for this command invocation.
