get-iam-policy
(ALPHA) Get the IAM policy for a Cloud Spanner instance.
get-locations
(ALPHA) Get the location of every replica in a Cloud Spannerinstance.

(ALPHA) List the Cloud Spanner instances in this project.
move
(ALPHA) Move the Cloud Spanner instance to the specified instanceconfiguration.
