- DESCRIPTION
(ALPHA)This command can fail for the following reasons:- The resource allowance specified does not exist.
- The active account does not have permission to delete the given resourceallowance.

- ResourceAllowance resource - The Batch resource allowance resource. If--location not specified,the current batch/location is used. The arguments inthis group can be used to specify the attributes of this resource. (NOTE) Someattributes are not given arguments in this group but can be set in other ways.

RESOURCE_ALLOWANCEon the command line with afully specified name; - provide the argument
--projecton the command line; - set the property
core/project.
This must be specified.
RESOURCE_ALLOWANCE- ID of the resourceAllowance or fully qualified identifier for theresourceAllowance.

This positional argument must be specified if any of the other arguments in thisgroup are specified.
