View your commitments

TheCommitted use discounts (CUDs) page in the Google Cloud console shows asummary of your commitments.

Use this page to view high-level information about your commitments, andtake actions such as changing the auto-renewal settings for resource-based CUDs,or viewing recommendations for additional commitments.

Permissions required to view commitments

To view theCommitted use discounts page for your Cloud Billingaccount, you must be aBilling Account Administrator orBilling Account Viewer on the Cloud Billing account.

Access the commitments page

To view theCommitted use discounts page for your Cloud Billingaccount:

  1. In the Google Cloud console, go to theCommitted use discounts page.

    Go to Committed usediscounts

  2. At the prompt,choose the Cloud Billing account thatyou want to view.

    The CUDs page opens and shows a list of the activecommitments for the selected billing account.

To filter yourcommitments by their properties, selectFilter.

You can use the columns in the table to get the following information:

To view additional columns, clickColumn display options, and select one ormore of these columns:

  • Price: The current hourly price fornew and renewed commitments.

  • Commitment fee SKU: The SKU associated with the commitment fee. Use theCommitment fee SKU to get your current price in yourPricingexport

  • Scope: The level at which the commitment is applied, such as a projector billing account.

Download your commitment data

You can download the information about your commitments as a comma-separatedvalue (CSV) file for offline analysis. The CSV file contains the information yousee on theCommitted use discounts page, and includes the subscription IDfor your commitments.

You can use the subscription ID to join your CUDs data to your usage data in theBigQuery export. For example, you can import yourBigQuery dataset and CSV file to Looker Studio foranalysis, and thenuse data blends to combine the datasources.
