Creates a new note.

Required. The name of the project in the form ofprojects/[PROJECT_ID], under which the note is to be created.

Required. The ID to use for this note.

Request body

The request body contains an instance ofNote.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance ofNote.
