Plot[]

Dotty trainsOso to find a red jewel in a cave. Oso tries remembering how to see in the dark when a special alert is called, and then he falls off a cliff and ends up dangling. A boy named Jake has trouble finding his soccer shoe, and his room is a mess. So Oso must help him clean his messy room before he goes to soccer.

• The episode's title is a reference to the James Bond filmLicense to Kill.
• In this episode Codename Backdrop #1 from"To Grandma with Love" is played.
• Oso says "It's all part of the plan" with an echo effect (except for the "More or less" part).
• During the Codename Backdrop #1, The sound effects are added. The stuff falling down was heard (Sound Ideas, BELL, BICYCLE - BICYCLE BELL: SINGLE RING).
