Role in the series[]

Cattail Chasm first appears in the episode "Peter's Musical Pipes".Jake and his crew made their way to the chasm when they were trying to findPeter Pan's musical treasure. In the episode,Sharky and Bones join Jake and his crew on their journey, helping the puny pirate team to get pass the cavern by jumping atop of the giant cattails as they sway back and forth to reach the other side of the chasm. Seeing how Sharky and Bones' musical knowledge may come in handy Jake offers the duo to join them in search for the treasure of Great Tree Glade. Sharky and Bones happily agreed and they continued their hunt for the treasure. Unaware at the time, Captain Hook and Mr. Smee spotted them and decided to trail them in order to take whatever treasure the puny pirate team may uncover. But Hook was in too big of a hurry as he leaps onto one giant cattail and it sends him flying back into the Never Land Jungle.
