Devoxx Belgium 2024 welcomed 3,500 developers to a sold-out celebration of innovation, community, and code. In 2025, we return to Antwerp to explore the next evolution of software – where AI Agents and an ever-advancing Java ecosystem take the spotlight.
This edition will shine a light on agentic workflows and autonomous systems – secure, intelligent, and increasingly capable. Whether you’re working with Model Context Protocol (MCP), building multi-agent architectures (A2A), experimenting with (Java) LLM-based Agent libraries, doing LLM inference using Java on GPU, or Spec-Driven-Development, Devoxx is the stage to share your tools, insights, and ideas.
Timed with the release of Java 25, this year brings new power to developers: Stable Values for safer, faster initialization of immutable data, and continued enhancements to Structured Concurrency, making parallel programming more elegant and reliable.
The CFP is now closed, thank you for the overwhelming number of submissions! With over 800 proposals to review, our team will need some time to carefully go through each one. We’ll get back to you in early August.

With nearly 3,500 attendees, Devoxx Belgium 2024 was once again an unforgettable experience, with conference tickets selling out in mere seconds.
Last year’s event showcased some of the most innovative and inspiring speakers in the industry, with a special focus on Java 23 and Generative AI. Attendees experienced a diverse range of local and global talent, presenting groundbreaking developments in programming such as Java, Cloud, AI & Big Data, Security, Architecture, Programming Languages, Methodologies, and Developer Culture.
Attending Devoxx Belgium provided an excellent opportunity to expand knowledge, sharpen skills, and gain hands-on experience with the latest technologies, especially in AI and its applications.
