Groups Migration API overview
The Groups Migration API manages the migration of shared emails frompublic folders and distribution lists to Google Groups's discussion archives.The Groups Migration API lets you store group email messages in thecloud and make it available to the server. All group members who have access tothe group's archive can view the migrated messages, but the emails aren'tdelivered to individual group members.
The Groups Migration API is for the migration of shared emails toGoogle Groups. Warning: The Groups Migration API doesn't support data locationpolicies requiring data to be stored in specific geographic or politicalboundaries for contractual reasons.
