ee.Number.toInt16

  • Number.toInt16() casts a number to a signed 16-bit integer, ranging from -32768 to 32767.

  • Casting a floating-point number toint16 results in the loss of decimal precision.

  • Numbers exceeding theint16 maximum or minimum range when cast toint16 will be truncated to the respective maximum or minimum value of theint16 range.

 Casts the input value to a signed 16-bit integer.
