ee.Geometry.Polygon.bounds

  • ThePolygon.bounds() method returns the bounding rectangle of a geometry.

  • It can take optional arguments formaxError andproj.

  • The result ofPolygon.bounds() is a Geometry object.

  • Examples are provided in both JavaScript and Python to demonstrate usage.

 Returns the bounding rectangle of the geometry.
