Baseline Widely available

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2015.

The<feOffset>SVG filter primitive enables offsetting an input image relative to its current position. The input image as a whole is offset by the values specified in thedx anddy attributes.
