The HTTPPermissions-Policy headermidi directive controls whether the current document is allowed to use theWeb MIDI API.
Specifically, where a defined policy blocks use of this feature,Navigator.requestMIDIAccess() calls will return aPromise that rejects with aDOMException of typeNotAllowedError.
