WebGL2RenderingContext: createQuery() method

TheWebGL2RenderingContext.createQuery() method of theWebGL 2 API creates and initializesWebGLQuery objects, which provide ways to asynchronously query forinformation.

gl must be aWebGL2RenderingContext.WebGLQuery objects are not available in WebGL 1.
