TextMetrics: actualBoundingBoxAscent property

The read-onlyactualBoundingBoxAscent property of theTextMetrics interface is adouble giving the distance from the horizontal line indicated by theCanvasRenderingContext2D.textBaseline attribute to the top of the bounding rectangle used to render the text, in CSS pixels.
