TextEncoder: encoding property

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since January 2020.

Note: This feature is available inWeb Workers.

TheTextEncoder.encoding read-only property returns a string containing the name of the encoding algorithm used by the specific encoder.

It always has the valueutf-8.

A string with the valueutf-8.
