ServiceWorkerContainer: getRegistrations() method

ThegetRegistrations() method of theServiceWorkerContainer interface gets allServiceWorkerRegistrations associated with aServiceWorkerContainer, in an array. The method returns aPromise that resolves to an array ofServiceWorkerRegistration.
