SVGTextPathElement: spacing property

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2015.
Thespacing read-only property of theSVGTextPathElement interface reflects thespacing attribute of the given<textPath> element. It takes one of theTEXTPATH_SPACINGTYPE_* constants defined on this interface.
