RTCInboundRtpStreamStats: packetsReceived property

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2020.
ThepacketsReceived property of theRTCInboundRtpStreamStats dictionary returns the total number ofRTP packets received from thesynchronization source (SSRC) of this stream, including retransmissions.
