PushManager: hasPermission() method

ThePushManager.hasPermission() method of thePushManager interface returns aPromise that resolves to thePushPermissionStatus of the requesting webapp, which will be one ofgranted,denied, ordefault.

Note:This feature has been superseded by thePushManager.permissionState() method.
