PerformanceTiming: loadEventEnd property

The legacyPerformanceTiming.loadEventEndread-only property returns anunsigned long long representing the moment,in milliseconds since the UNIX epoch, when theload event handlerterminated, that is when the load event is completed. If this event has not yet beensent, or is not yet completed, it returns0.
