NetworkInformation: effectiveType property

TheeffectiveType read-only property of theNetworkInformation interface returns the effective type of the connectionmeaning one ofslow-2g,2g,3g, or4g. This value is determined using acombination of recently observed, round-trip time and downlink values.

A string that is eitherslow-2g,2g,3g, or4g.
