MediaStream: addTrack() method

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since September 2017.
TheaddTrack() method of theMediaStream interface adds a new track to thestream. The track is specified as a parameter of typeMediaStreamTrack.
Note:If the specified track is already in the stream's track set, this method has noeffect.
