This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2015.
TheHTMLParagraphElement interface provides special properties (beyond those of the regularHTMLElement object interface it inherits) for manipulating<p> elements.

Inherits properties from its parent,HTMLElement.
HTMLParagraphElement.alignDeprecatedA string representing an enumerated property indicating alignment of the element's contents with respect to the surrounding context. The possible values are
"left","right","justify", and"center".
