This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2015.
TheHTMLObjectElement interface provides special properties and methods (beyond those on theHTMLElement interface it also has available to it by inheritance) for manipulating the layout and presentation of<object> element, representing external resources.
