HTMLFieldSetElement: reportValidity() method

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since December 2018.
ThereportValidity() method of theHTMLFieldSetElement interface performs the same validity checking steps as thecheckValidity() method. It always returns true because<fieldset> elements are never candidates forconstraint validation.
