TheariaColCount property of theElement interface reflects the value of thearia-colcount attribute, which defines the number of columns in a table, grid, or treegrid.

Examples
In this example thearia-colcount attribute on the element with an ID ofsemantic-table is set to "2". UsingariaColCount we update the value to "3".
