CSSNumericValue: to() method

Theto() method of theCSSNumericValue interface converts a numeric value from one unit toanother.

Return value
Exceptions
SyntaxErrorDOMExceptionThrown if an invalid type was passed to the method.
TypeErrorThrown if the passed values cannot be summed.
