CSSCounterStyleRule: additiveSymbols property

Since September 2023, this feature works across the latest devices and browser versions. This feature might not work in older devices or browsers.
TheadditiveSymbols property of theCSSCounterStyleRule interface gets and sets the value of theadditive-symbols descriptor. If the descriptor does not have a value set, this attribute returns an empty string.

The following example shows a@counter-style rule. In JavaScript,myRules[0] is this@counter-style rule, returningadditiveSymbols gives us the value " V 5, IV 4, I 1".
