Important: do not delete theibdata1 file. You could destroy all your databases.
Steps:
Rename folder
mysql/data->mysql/data_oldMake a copy of
mysql/backupfolder and name it asmysql/dataCopy all yourdatabase folders only from
mysql/data_oldintomysql/data(exceptmysql, performance_schema, and phpmyadmin folders)Copy
mysql/data_old/ibdata1file intomysql/datafolderStart MySQL from XAMPP control panel
It should resolve the issue.
