I have used a few flavors of Linux but I have found that my favorite flavor is Ubuntu. I use it on my servers and my laptop.
I use it on my laptop because Windows runs horribly, Linux runs perfectly.
For my servers, it's a bit more complex, Firstly better security, secondly better support for software. Some stuff that I use is only available on CentOS or Ubuntu. My last one is it's very lightweight compared to Windows server 2019, Which makes power consumption go down.
But my main desktop is still Windows because Linux is unpredictable.
